Christy was fabulous! We were on a very tight schedule, she showed us 18 properties in 3 days- even squeezed in one that was "coming on the market," to help us get a good sense of the different areas and varying price ranges. She was excellent at assisting us through the offer and subsequence close. She knows the area very well and gave us great advice. We have worked with several agents over the years and Christy really stood out as highly competent AND a pleasure to work with. She didn't try to sell us, rather gave us the information to make the best choice for us.

I could not have asked for a better Realtor! Christy put together an AMAZING video of my home and the surrounding area, and we had multiple offers within days! She helped me sell my condo for ABOVE list price (!!), then patiently showed me new home after new home, pointed out important features I was not keyed into, and ultimately helped me purchase a new home in my dream neighborhood in Bozeman! I could not have been happier! Christy was honest and upfront and I had 2 offers in my hand within 18 hours! Settlement occurred without any hiccups and she always kept me informed of any questions or changes throughout the process. I have to also mention the time spent in taking the pictures for the listing. The pictures were beautiful and made me want to buy the house!! The time spent just waiting for the perfect sunset picture showed professionalism and a team that truly cared about showing my home to the best of its ability. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
